Collaboration across EU and beyond

Through a transnational collaboration, each of our member countries provides scientists from academia and industry with access to ecosystems and organisms, facilities, technology, training and expertise in biological resources and marine research. This cooperation also allows sharing unique strengths with other scientists around the world to bring about a sustainable future.

Supporting Blue Growth

Our network works together to support blue growth and facilitate a smooth, efficient transition towards a sustainable bioeconomy. By coordinating research efforts, members can also put themselves forward for more significant funding opportunities and increase the speed and impact of their discoveries.

WORKING TOGETHER
EMBRC recognises that no individual organisation can overcome the climate crisis alone. Our network of members is working together to find fast and effective solutions.
